My workshops and classes empower participants with practical information and opportunities to explore how our lives, beliefs, and choices inform our experiences of death as patients and caregivers. My goal is to increase our capacities, as individuals and communities, to show up for ourselves and those we love. This practice of exploring death as part of every life connects us to that which we most cherish and each other.
